Jeanne is Manager of the Finance and Legal division at Fyte Luxembourg where she is in charge of the recruitment of financial, legal and tax profiles. Holder of a degree in Hospitality, Jeanne has consolidated 6 years of experience in international recruitment. She began her career in the tourism industry and then broadened her range of skills to specialize in support services (Marketing, Customer Service, HR, etc.) but mainly in finance. After various enriching experiences abroad, she joined the Fyte team in October 2020. Within Fyte she takes advantage of her experience and skills to support companies but also tomorrow’s talents in the Grand Duchy!
Graduated with a Master in Financial Markets, Héloïse started her career at Deloitte Luxembourg in 2017 as an external auditor specialised in the private equity & real estate sector. She then consolidated her experience internally as a Financial Controller in a family-owned company in Luxembourg. In 2020, Héloïse decided to take a new turn in her professional career by joining a consulting firm in Luxembourg, allowing her to make her mark in the recruitment world. To date, she has more than three years of experience in the field of recruitment, assisting professionals in the financial and legal field in their career development. She has been able to adapt by collaborating with various structures: financial, banking, commercial & industrial, real estate and fintech companies. She joined FYTE in February 2023 and is working in the finance division, focusing on financial and legal profiles.
In 2019, Elodie joined our Luxembourgish team to build the foundations and to develop the Real Estate & Construction division within Fyte. Having gained strong sales experience in technical and demanding sectors, she now possesses a strong sense of service. Her in-depth knowledge of the market enables her to effectively advise real estate developers, construction companies, architectural firms and engineering offices in their search for the right talent. During her previous experiences as Relationship Manager and Business Developer, Elodie developed strong business relationship skills. Passionate about the real estate and construction sectors, she accompanies her clients and candidates in a long lasting partnership. In her free time, Elodie plays rugby and is involved in charity organizations, thus also expressing a taste for challenge and support towards one another in her personal life.
Graduate of a Bachelor degree in Law, Mathilde then obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources through a block release training course. Thanks to this program she gained a first professional experience, which enabled her to put into practice the staff management aspects of an SME involved in the real estate and construction sector, whilst being in close collaboration with the company head. Once she had completed this Master degree, Mathilde decided to develop her skills in recruitment within the engineering and IT sectors. Mathilde joined Fyte Luxembourg in order to contribute to the development of our team dedicated to the recruitment of technical profiles. Mathilde is cheerful and positive ; she advises her clients and candidates in French, English and German.
Célia graduated from Eucléa Business School with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Her first immersion in recruitment took place in a recruitment agency in Strasbourg, where she was able to explore recruitment in the fields of accounting, finance and auditing.
After this enriching experience, Célia joined Fyte's Finance and Accounting division in 2023. Her rigorous nature and natural dynamism make her an astute consultant, able to interact with clients and candidates in both English and French.
