Rémi Fouilloy is a Partner of Morgan Philips Group, where he manages the Luxembourgish and Belgian operations. Graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and NEOMA Business School, he began his career within PwC in Paris before joining the recruitment industry in 1999. Rémi worked for 13 years in the industry for an Anglo-Saxon player in Paris, Luxembourg, and Zurich. He then participated in the creation of Morgan Philips Executive Search and Fyte in 2013. With over 20 years of experience, he assists his clients in their search for the best executives, experts, and interim managers; he focuses strongly on the financial sector and he’s the Financial Services Practice Leader of the group.
Graduate of a Master in Corporate Finance, Quentin started his career at PwC Luxembourg in 2013. After a few years in external audit, his interest in human relations naturally led him to focus on business development and recruitment. After a one-year experience in an IT consulting company, Quentin developed his recruitment skills in an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm where he focused on the search and selection of financial profiles. In 2020, Quentin joined Morgan Philips Executive Search to reinforce his headhunting expertise and to work on executive search and interim management mandates. Within our team, he works more specifically with commercial and industrial companies, alternative funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure) and fintechs. Quentin speaks French and English and is currently learning Luxembourgish.
