Graduate of a Master in Corporate Finance, Quentin started his career at PwC Luxembourg in 2013. After a few years in external audit, his interest in human relations naturally led him to focus on business development and recruitment. After a one-year experience in an IT consulting company, Quentin developed his recruitment skills in an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm where he focused on the search and selection of financial profiles. In 2020, Quentin joined Morgan Philips Executive Search to reinforce his headhunting expertise and to work on executive search and interim management mandates. Within our team, he works more specifically with commercial and industrial companies, alternative funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure) and fintechs. Quentin speaks French and English and is currently learning Luxembourgish.

Raphael holds a Master's degree in Asset Engineering, Banking and Insurance, and began his career in the specialist consultancy sector in Luxembourg. There, he worked as a consultant, providing support to management companies in the area of regulations and compliance.

With a solid understanding of the challenges associated with regulatory obligations and corporate governance, Raphael then joined an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm. For 7 years, he honed his expertise of the Luxembourg market by recruiting for various players such as banks, insurance companies and management companies. His multilingualism, including French, English and Spanish, enriches his profile, enabling him to interact easily in an international context.

At Morgan Philips Executive Search, Raphaël works specifically with banks, insurance companies and companies specialising in financial services to help them find the best experts and managers.

With a Master's degree in Financial Markets, Héloïse began her career at Deloitte Luxembourg in 2017 as an external auditor specialising in the private equity & real estate sector. She then consolidated her experience internally as Financial Controller within a family-owned company in Luxembourg.

In 2020, Héloïse decided to take a new turn in her professional career by joining a consultancy firm in Luxembourg, giving her the opportunity to gain experience in the world of recruitment.

She now has several years' experience in recruitment, helping professionals in the financial and legal fields to develop their careers. After joining Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment in February 2023, she joined the finance division, focusing on financial and legal profiles, before moving on to Morgan Philips Executive Search to work on expert and C-Level positions
